Issue
Nasal Cannula R-1701S was found to potentially have a partial blockage defect resulting in oxygen not being delivered correctly. The cannula has one side of the opening partially blocked preventing reliable supply of oxygen to the user. This was discovered after one complaint was received from one customer, no patient injury was reported as a result of this.
