Part of the screen print on the top (covered in glitter) may peeled off while infant is wearing the garment posing a potential risk of choking.
As of January 12th 2021, the company has received 1 report of an incident from a consumer advising the glitter print had peeled off while infant was wearing the item in Canada, and no report of choking.
The company reported that 4,444 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.
