Product description
This recall involves a gold coloured adjustable desk lamp identified by date code 08/04/2011 and model number 103331.
Hazard identified
The electrical wire that runs through the lamp can be pinched or severed at the lamp's adjustable joint posing a risk of electrical shock to consumers.
Gen-Lite Industries Ltd. and Health Canada have received one report of an incident related to this product. No injury was involved.
Number sold
Approximately 108 units of the affected products were sold at Winners and HomeSense stores across Canada.
Time period sold
The affected products were sold from June 2011 to July 2011.
