Product description

This recall involves Dennis East International Whiskey Glass and Stone Gift Sets. The sets include a 473 mL clear glass, four grey chilling stones and a black cloth bag. The affected product can be identified by the SKU #: 30335 and the UPC: 747552303356.

Hazard identified

Use of the product could cause spontaneous glass breakage and may result in a laceration injury.

Neither Health Canada nor Dennis East International has received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of the glasses in Canada or in the United States.

Number sold

Approximately 8 units of the affected products were sold in Canada, and approximately 1200 units were sold in the United States.

Time period sold

The affected products were sold from June 30, 2015 through August 19, 2015 in both Canada and the United States.

Place of origin

Manufactured in China.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Dennis East International for disposition of the products and a full refund.
