Product description
This recall involves Dell brand Hybrid Adapters with model number LA45NM170, sold in combination with a power bank. The power banks are not included in the recall.
The affected Hybrid Adapters can be identified by a unique piece part ID (PPID) on the label beginning with "CN - 05G53P - LOC00 – XXX – XXXX - AXX" located on the lower right of the label.

Hazard identified
The Hybrid Adapter casing can break and detach, exposing internal components, posing a risk of electric shock.
As of December 3, 2018 the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of this product in Canada.
