Affected products
This recall involves the custom-made roller blind with cord shield manufactured by RFML Import Export Ltée. The blind is equipped with a continuous loop chain and a plastic cord shield available in black, white, anodized grey or transparent.
Issue
Health Canada has determined that the recalled blinds do not meet the Corded Window Coverings Regulations and pose a strangulation hazard. Young children may pull looped cords around their neck, or become entangled in the cords, causing a strangulation hazard and even death.

As of January 27, 2026, the company has received no report of incidents or injury in Canada.
