Reason
A malfunction reported to Bracco Injeneering on March 17, 2017, was encountered during service activity tests without a patient. The service engineer successfully performed a simulated injection. Some moments later error code 2037 was displayed on CT Express temperature maintainer model and the injector unit motor started to run independently.
