Product description
The recalled lawn dart sets were sold for 2, 4 and 5 players and contained 4, 8 and 10 units (darts) respectively as well as individual spare darts. The lawn darts are approximately 30 centimetres (12 inches) long, have polypropylene flights (fins) designed to be held at the tail, and have a brass body ending in a stainless steel spigot (peg).
The lawn darts were sold in assorted colors including red, blue, yellow, purple, pink, orange, ivory and green. The CROWN DARTS logo is printed on the product.
Hazard identified
Lawn darts with elongated tips are banned in Canada due to serious risks of injury, including skull puncture or impalement, particularly to children.
As of August 6, 2020, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada or the United States.
Number sold
Approximately 4,048 units of the affected product were sold in Canada, and approximately 19,400 units were sold in the United States.
Time period sold
The affected products were sold from May 2004 to June 2020.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled lawn dart sets and destroy and dispose of them.
