This recall involves compact fluorescent lamps, which bear a counterfeit UL Mark for the United States and Canada, and have not been evaluated for safety by UL. The products also have a counterfeit EMC mark.

The counterfeit lamps have a label with the counterfeit UL Mark and the following information:

Hazard identified

The recalled compact fluorescent lamps have not been evaluated for safety by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) and are not eligible to bear the UL Mark.

Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these products.
