The manufacturer reported that the Cobas Infinity Central Lab was being used outside of its intended use in blood donation labs and blood screening. Although, Cobas Infinity is working as expected and that there is no customer in Canada using Cobas Infinity Central in a blood screening/donation environment, we are performing a recall in the name of our manufacturer, in Canada.
