Product description
This recall involves two models of the Citadel Super Glue Thin and one model of the Super Glue Thick. The products were sold in opaque 5 g (0.17 fl. oz.) plastic bottles. The products can be identified by the codes in the table below. Note that there are no codes on the label for the most recent model of Citadel Super Glue Thin (black label) so consumers should consult the product image to help identify this product.

Hazard identified
The recalled product does not meet the labelling and child-resistant packaging requirements for quick skin-bonding adhesives required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
This type of glue is capable of bonding skin instantly. The lack of child-resistant packaging could result in unintentional exposure to these products and lead to serious illness or injury.
As of January 30th, 2020, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries.

Approximately 34,900 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The affected products were sold from May 2011 to January 2020.
