Affected products

This recall involves Ciao! Baby Portable High Chair available in a variety of colours, such as purple, orange, tangerine, and grey checkered. The high chair is foldable and includes a feeding tray and cup holder. The high chair seat is made of fabric and the feeding tray is vinyl. Ciao! Baby High Chair may have a five point safety harness or lap belt.

Lot numbers include YC-0717 YC0617, WM0310, 3120 or HB 3006. There may be an owner’s manual with the product identifying model HB 2000/3000/4000/5000 series. There may be a card with the manufacturer’s contact information and instructions to register the product identifying the model number as HB Series. 

Issue

Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that these high chairs may present an entrapment hazard to children.

As of June 11th, 2025 the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
