Bunny Theme Children’s Sleepers
Product description
This recall involves certain bunny theme sleepers sold by The Children’s Place.
The sleepers are 100% cotton and contain CA number 40465 on the inner label. The recalled products can be identified by the following descriptions and style numbers (found on price ticket/hangtag).

Hazard identified
The recalled sleepwear has cotton ruffles and/or other 3-D decorative features (such as bunny ears attached to the feet) that do not meet the flammability requirements for children’s sleepwear under Canadian Law.
Such decorative features can come in contact with ignition sources such as stove elements, candles, and matches, and once ignited will burn rapidly, posing a burn hazard to children.
Neither Health Canada nor The Children’s Place have received reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of the affected products in Canada or the United States.
Number sold
Approximately, 3,830 units of the recalled products were sold in Canada.
Approximately, 33,000 units of the recalled products were sold in the United States.
Time period sold
The recalled sleepers were sold exclusively at The Children’s Place stores in Canada and the United States, and online from The Children’s Place website, from January 2012 through June 2013.

What you should do
Consumers should stop using the sleepwear immediately.
Consumers may return the sleeper to any The Children’s Place store for a full refund.
