Product description
This recall involves several styles of children's 2-piece pyjama sets (see table below).
The recalled pyjama sets come in various sizes. The style number and CA number can be found on the hang tag inside the sleepwear.

Hazard identified
The sleepwear does not meet the flammability requirements for children's sleepwear under Canadian law.
Children's sleepwear that is loose fitting or that has loose edges can contact ignition sources such as stove elements, candles, and matches more easily than tight-fitting sleepwear. Once ignited the sleepwear can burn rapidly and cause severe burns to large areas of the child's body, resulting in shock and sometimes death.
Health Canada has not received reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of this sleepwear.

Approximately 4,540 of the recalled pyjamas were sold at various retail stores across Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled pyjamas were sold from February 2010 to November 2010.
Place of origin
Manufactured in India and Vietnam.
