Affected products
This recall involves the Chikitoe plush dinosaur with rattle. The dinosaur measures approximately 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) in height and comes in green, orange, blue and purple varieties. A label sewn on the bottom left side of the plush indicates the Chikitoe brand and contains the information regarding its stuffing.
Issue
A rattle in a shape of a ball is inside the Chikitoe plush dinosaur toy. In some cases, the rattle size is too small, potentially posing a choking hazard in the event the rattle is released from the Chikitoe plush dinosaur toy.
As of March 1, 2023, the company has received 1 report of incident without injuries in Canada.
