Summary
Immediately stop using the recalled products, take them out of reach of children, and contact the company to obtain a prepaid shipping label to return the recalled teething toys to Chews Life and receive repaired toys free of charge.
Affected products
This recall involves Chews Life Silicone Rosary and Decade teethers including models Assisi, Little Flower, God’s Grace, Cecilia, John the Baptist and Divine Mercy, and Chews Life Silicone Decades teethers including models Genesis, Maccabees, Ester, Wisdom, Divine Mercy, Psalm and Proverbs. The recalled teethers are made of multi-colored beads with a cross at the end. Each teether has a two-piece safety snap clasp. The recall applies to the batch of product produced and purchased between January 2024 - April 2024.
Issue
Part of the teethers’ safety snap clasp can detach, posing a choking hazard.
As of April 17, 2025 the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
What you should do
Consumers should immediately take the product away from children, stop using it and contact the company for a prepaid shipping label to return the recalled teethers to Chews Life and receive the repaired teethers at no charge.
