Product description
This recall involves charms sold as a part of Tinker Bell's Lil' Tinker Bracelet sets. The charm is attached to a cord using a metal ring and cylinder and is included with the sets as a separate accessory that children can attach to the toy bracelet.
The bracelet sets can be identified by item number 74634 and UPC 0 43377 74634 8.
Charms that have plastic tabs instead of a metal ring and cylinder are not included in this recall.
Hazard identified
The cylinder that is used to attach the charm to a loop of the bracelet may contain lead in excess of the allowable limit. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Neither RP Toys, Health Canada, nor the US CPSC has received reports of incidents or illnesses related to the use of these charms.

Number sold
Approximately 337 of the recalled jewellery sets were sold at Toys R Us stores across Canada.
In the United States, approximately 252,000 of the recalled jewellery sets were sold.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from November 2008 to November 2009.

Manufactured in China.
