Reason

Microbial contamination. Innocore initiated recall on July 3, 2014; however, Health Canada became aware of recall in April 2015 during GMP Inspection. Recall has already been completed and returned units has been destroyed by the fabricator. No units are expected to be left on the market. Innocore has ceased sale and further distribution of the Certainty Foaming Hand Sanitizer.
