This recall involves Pirelli 28-622 (700x28c) sized tubeless-ready P ZERO TM Race TLR and TLR Classic black rubber bicycle tires. The Race TLR has a black coloured sidewall with "Pirelli" and “P Zero TM Race TLR" written in white letters. The Race TLR Classic has a black and gum coloured sidewall with "Pirelli" and "P Zero TM Race TLR" written in black letters.

Issue
The tires may not retain inflation pressure on some rims. This may result in bead unseating and rapid air loss, and result in potential loss of bicycle control, posing fall and injury hazards.
As of August 23, 2023, the company has received no report of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 1 report of incident and injury.
