Reason

Baxter Corporation is issuing an urgent medical device correction for the Central Water Plant (CWP) Reverse Osmosis 208v units in order to correct devices where there is potential for insufficient crimping of the cables within the main pump. The issue was identified as a result of customer complaints where the top of the main pump had visible burn marks due to heat build-up.
