Product description
This recall involves ceiling luminaires by Creative Co-op Inc. The luminaire is a curved white metal ceiling lamp with beads attached, and can be identified by model number DE2207.
Hazard identified
The recalled ceiling luminaires have not been evaluated for safety against any Canadian standards and bear an unauthorized UL (Underwriters Laboratories Inc.) mark. The products may pose safety hazards to users.
Health Canada has not received any reports of injuries or damage due to the recalled products.
Number sold
Approximately 84 of the recalled lamps were sold across Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled products were distributed between August 2008 and November 2009.
