The products affected by this recall are shown in the table below and can also be identified by their unique serial numbers located on the outer box and also on the chassis label attached to the horizontal bar beneath the seat. The sequence of numbers runs from X01041152XXXXX to X01041248YYYYY (i.e. from week 52 of 2011 to week 48 of 2012).

Hazard identified
The carry handle of the Bugaboo Cameleon3 can break when the horizontal load on the carry handle exceeds a certain limit. If the load limit is exceeded, the carry handle may break away from the pram body/seat frame and result in a potential fall hazard and choking hazard.
Bugaboo International B.V. has received 16 incidents worldwide of the carry handle breaking with no reported injuries.

Approximately 960 units of the Cameleon3 model were sold in Canada.
Approximately 9,246 units of the Cameleon3 model were sold in the United States.

The recalled Bugaboo Cameleon3 strollers were sold from September 2012 to January 2013 at various children retailers across Canada.
