Issue
This recall involves one lot of Cannara Biotech (Québec) Inc.’s Nugz Old School Hash cannabis extract. These products were sold through the Ontario Cannabis Store and through authorized retailers in Ontario.
Hazard identified
The product label has incorrect cannabinoid values. The CBD and Total CBD declared on the label are higher than the actual CBD and Total CBD in the product. The THC and Total THC declared on the label are accurate.
To date, Cannara Biotech (Québec) Inc. has received one complaint related to the incorrect cannabinoid values on the product label, and Health Canada has not received any complaints related to the recalled lot. Neither Health Canada nor Cannara Biotech (Québec) Inc. have received any adverse reaction reports for the recalled cannabis product lot.
