Product description
This recall involves all "Colorful Hearts Teddy" stuffed animal toy which has a white body covered with multi-coloured hearts.
Hazard identified
The eyes of some of these bears can be pulled out posing a choking hazard to children.
Build-A-Bear and Health Canada have not received any reports of incidents or injuries with this product.

Number sold
Approximately 13,000 of the affected teddy bears were sold in Canada and approximately 287,000 units were sold in the United States.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from April 2011 to December 2011.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately remove the item from young children. Return the item to the place of purchase for a coupon for a choice of any Build-A-Bear Workshop® animal.
