Bugaboo Stardust Play Yard's Bassinet Inlay recalled due to potential suffocation hazard

Affected products
This voluntary recall involves the bassinet inlay feature of certain Bugaboo Stardust Play Yard models. The mattress support board is located in the pouch of the bassinet inlay that contains the user guide in the base of the bassinet. The board is a factory fitted item. The model number can be found on an address sticker located at the bottom of the product's frame. The product comes in black, grey melange, and steel blue.

Issue
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that these products do not meet Canada's Playpens Regulations.
Specifically, if an unattended infant is placed cross-wise on the bassinet inlay without the accompanying mattress support board, an uneven sleeping surface may be created posing a potential risk of injury or death due to suffocation.
As of June 17, 2022, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries related to this product worldwide.
