Product description
This recall involves rubber critter in various colors and animal shapes including octopus, alligators, chickens, frogs, penguins, cows and pigs. The toys were sold individually and in sets ranging from 2 to 24 rubber critters.

Hazard identified
The paint on the toys contained levels of lead in excess of the allowable limit. Lead is toxic to children even at low exposure levels. Children can ingest harmful amounts of lead when they chew or suck items containing lead.
As of September 15, BSN SPORTS has received no reports of incidents or injury related to the use of this product in Canada.
Number sold
Approximately 1,710 units of the affected products were sold in in Canada.
Time period sold
The affected products were sold between February 2017 and February 2018.
