Product description

The recall product involves a tinted gel/emulsion that is fragrance free and intended for the eyebrows.

The container has a silver outer shell containing a wand with a brush for application. Printed on the product is the lot #: 999210861.

Hazard identified

The product contains a genus of mold Penicillium. Individuals with weakened immune systems, who suffer from a pre-existing health condition, or who belong to another sensitive group may be at risk of allergic reactions and related symptoms if exposed. If Penicillium is introduced into the eye, eye infections may occur.

As of January 20, 2020, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injury.

Approximately 659 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.

What you should do
