Laura Secord Mason Glass Mugs
This recall involves Laura Secord glass mugs sold in holiday gift set boxes. The set contains a red glass mason mug with the Laura Secord logo and snowflakes, hot chocolate mixes, sprinkles and marshmallows.
The glass mason mug may crack or break upon contact with hot or boiled liquid, posing a burn or laceration hazard to consumers.
As of May 3, 2018, the company has received 25 reports of glass cracking or breaking in Canada, including 8 reports of minor injuries.
Approximately 9936 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from October 2017 to January 2018.
Place of origin
Manufactured in China.
