Product description

This recall involves Billy-Bob Little Vampire Pacifiers.  The pacifier is red with vampire shaped teeth and a black ring.

The recalled pacifier can be identified as follows:

Hazard identified

Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the handle may separate from the pacifier and produce a small part, posing a choking hazard to young children.

As of February 23, 2017, the company has received no reports of injuries or deaths in Canada related to the use of these pacifiers.

Number sold

Approximately 814 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The affected products were sold from October 2013 to February 2017.

Place of origin

Manufactured in China.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately take the recalled products away from children and stop using them.  Pacifiers should be returned to Billy Bob Products for a full refund.
