Hazard identified
Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that the recalled rugs do not meet the required flammability requirements for large indoor carpets.
Neither Health Canada nor Bianca Amor’s Liquidation Supercentres have received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of the product in Canada.
Number sold
2699 pieces of the 1.6m by 2.3m rugs and 1643 pieces of the 2m by 3m rugs were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled carpets were sold between January 2014 to July 2016.
Place of origin
Manufactured in China.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and email or call 403-536-9139 to get further information on the recall. Consumers are welcome to return the recalled items to one of the Bianca Amor's Liquidation Supercentres locations for a refund.
Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
