Product description
This recall involves the Hudson Comforter by UGG sold in Canada on or before October 17, 2017. The product is a solid colored plush comforter set designed for various sized mattresses (Twin, Full/Queen, King) that is packaged in a plastic and black cloth zipper bag and is available in four (4) colours.

The Hudson Comforter by UGG sold in Canada after October 17, 2017 is not subject to this recall.
Hazard identified
The presence of mold was discovered on some units, posing a risk of respiratory or other infections in individuals with chronic health problems or who have impaired immune systems.
As of December 20, 2017, the company has not received any reports of incidents or injuries in Canada or in the United States.
Number sold
Approximately 19 units of the affected products were sold in Canada at Bed Bath and Beyond stores and online.
Approximately 634 were sold in the United States.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold in Canada and in the United States between the period August 24, 2017 through to October 17, 2017.
Place of origin
Manufactured in China.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled comforters and return them to the place of sale for a full refund.
