This recall involves three lots of Atlas Growers Ltd.’s dried cannabis pre-rolls, which were sold through authorized retailers in Alberta, Northwest Territories, Yukon and to clients registered for medical purposes by Medical Cannabis by Shoppers Drug Mart Inc.

The affected product may contain yeast, mould and bacteria. In certain individuals, exposure to yeast, mould and bacteria can result in allergic symptoms such as sneezing, coughing, wheezing, runny nose or nasal congestion, and watery eyes or itchy eyes.
The use of, or exposure to a product containing yeast, mould and bacteria may cause temporary adverse health consequences, where the probability of serious adverse health consequences is remote.
To date, Atlas Growers Ltd. and Health Canada have not received any complaints related to the recalled lots. Neither Health Canada nor Atlas Growers Ltd. have received any adverse reaction reports for the recalled lots.

Approximately 11304 units of recalled product were sold.
