Affected products
This recall involves the Arizer Solo II Vaporizer. The product can be identified with the UPC 628078800836, which can be found on the product’s packaging. The Solo II is a portable micro-heater featuring a digital display, two control buttons, a removable glass aroma tube and a barrel plug charging port. A serial number can be found etched on the bottom of the surface of the device and will start with M2. The product came in Mystic Blue and Carbon Black colours.
Issue
The battery in the recalled vaporizers can overheat, produce smoke or eject material, posing a burn hazard. This can occur during charging, shortly after charging or while the device is idle.
As of August 20, 2025, the company has received 2 reports of battery venting in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 8 reports of battery venting with 1 reported emergency room visit for smoke inhalation.
