Model number 14302 by Kolcraft Enterprises, Inc., of Chicago, Ill. The model number and manufacturing date can be found on the base of the walker. Model number 14303 are not recalled.
Hazard identified
The cover on the walker's removable music center can break off, allowing small parts to fall from the product, creating a potential choking hazard to young children.
