Hazard identified
The plastic fire truck image on the front of the top may break off in pieces creating a potential choking hazard.

What you should do
Customers who purchased the top/pant set should return the top as soon as possible to their nearest Sears retail store for a full refund. Sears Canada has immediately pulled the item from the shelves and will be posting signs in all of its retail stores to advise customers of this safety notice.
