Product description
Multicoloured fabric and plastic stroller activity bar featuring a yellow giraffe, a purple hippo and a blue elephant; the animal figures are attached to a 30 cm (12 inch) long elliptical base with straps that attach to a stroller; item # E00907; UPC 020373009073.
A date code is sewn into the lower left front seam, behind the logo and warning labels; the Taggies™ and Earlyears® logos are located on woven and satin labels sewn into the seam on the front lower left of the activity bar.
Hazard identified
The shiny material on the elephant's ear on the stroller activity bar can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
The importer, International Playthings, has received three reports of children mouthing the shiny material.
Health Canada has not received reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of this activity bar.
Number sold
Approximately 629 of the activity bars were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The activity bars were sold from February 2007 until July 2008 at children's specialty and toy stores nationwide.

Manufactured in China.
