Product description
This recall involves an orange soft stuffed knitted bear with a red bow tie, black plastic eyes and rotating shoulders and hips. The bear measures approximately 20 cm in length and is identified by UPC # 4947678860795.
Hazard identified
Testing by Health Canada has determined that the eyes of the stuffed bear can become detached. These small parts pose a choking hazard to young children.
Health Canada had not received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of this stuffed bear.
Number sold
Approximately 362 units of the recalled stuffed bears were sold at the Daiso store in Richmond, British Columbia.
Time period sold
The recalled stuffed bears were sold from November 2004 to November 2008.

Manufactured in China.
