Product description
Soft Blocks Tower Toys (on Graco® Baby Einstein® Discover and Play Activity Centers) The Soft Blocks Tower Toy is a stack of three different shaped stuffed fabric blocks in red, yellow and blue. The Soft Blocks Tower Toy is one of nine toys that snap onto the tray of the activity centre.
Only model number 4635BEE with serial numbers 012705 through 063005, which indicates the manufacture dates of January 27, 2005 through June 30, 2005, are included in this recall.

The plastic covering on the Soft Blocks Tower Toys can detach, posing a choking hazard to infants.
Serious incident reports in the U.S. include 32 infants who gagged and 49 who choked on the plastic covering. In Canada 3 infants gagged and 2 choked on the plastic covering.

About 4,150 units sold in Canada.

Consumers should immediately remove the Soft Blocks Tower Toy from the activity centre and call Elfe Juvenile Products at 800-667-8184 or go to the firm's website at Elfe Juvenile Products for a free replacement Soft Blocks Tower Toy without the plastic film. Consumers can continue to use the activity center after the Soft Blocks Tower Toy has been removed.
