Product description

Model # K7203 only was shipped to Canada.

The swing has a palm tree mobile and two hanging plush toys. The swing is approximately 23 inches high and has two carry handles on the left and right side. Model numbers K7203, K7192 and K7195 are included in the US recall, however only model K7203 was ever distributed in Canada. Model numbers are located under the right handle on the swing.

Hazard identified

Fisher-Price has received 55 reports of the infants becoming entrapped, resulting in cuts, bumps, bruises and red marks. There was one case in Canada.

Number sold

Approximately 3,690 units were sold at various retailers nationwide for approximately $110.

From November 2006 through May 2007.
