Product description
The facemasks affected by this notice have the branding "RBK" and the model number "5K" located on the chin cup. Only facemasks with a date code between 03/06 and 02/07 (MM/YY) are affected by this recall. This code is found on the plastic wire guard located under the foam of the chin strap.

Hazard identified
When units in inventory were tested, some did not meet current CSA quality control test criteria. Sport Maska has received no reports of any incidents or injuries involving these facemasks.
Number sold
825 of the recalled facemasks were sold at retailers nationwide for approximately $35-$150.
