Hazard identified
The charms contain high levels of lead and could cause lead poisoning if mouthed or swallowed by a child. Continuous exposure to high concentrations of lead can result in death. There have been no reports of injuries.
Number sold
9816 DVDs containing a total of 19,256 charms were distributed in Canada.
Time period sold
From August 2005 through early May 2006.
