Product description
Plastic green camouflage toy soldier with a golden bullet belt across its chest and two black plastic guns, item no. 08-3000863.
Hazard identified
Testing by Health Canada revealed that the surface paint on the toy contains lead in excess of the allowable limit. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Health Canada has not received reports of illness or injury to Canadians related to the use of this toy.

Number sold
Approximately 55,000 of the recalled toys were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The toys were sold from May 2007 to July 2008 at Dollarama stores nationwide.
