Hazard identified
A child can become tangled in the 6 beaded strings hanging over the opening of the unit. This can pose a strangulation hazard for a young child. Spin Master Ltd. reported one incident of a child becoming entangled in the beads at the entrance of the Fantasy Island Dream Zone.
