Fleece, grey only; product # 94036-1016
Fibre content: 80% cotton, 20% polyester

Hazard identified

This is a voluntary recall by Levi Strauss. Testing initiating by the firm revealed the grey sweatshirt failed the flammability testing per the Canadian Hazardous Products Act.

Health Canada has not received reports of injury to Canadians related to the use of this product.

Number sold

127 sweatshirts were sold to employees through the company store and were also for sale at one retailer, Blue Junction, in Scarborough, Ontario.

Time period sold

The sweatshirts were sold in September 2007.

What you should do

Consumers with the Grey Long Sleeve Boys' Hoodie Fleece should stop using the product.

Consumers may contact Levi Strauss Canada at 905-763-4614 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday to arrange for the return of the product and a full refund.
