Product description
A colourful set of stacking pots and pans with a lid and shape-sorting blocks, featuring lights and sounds; the product operates using 3 "AA" batteries; manufacturer indicates ages 6-36 months. Only English product was affected by this recall, English model # G6685 and UPC 027084 17891 3.
Hazard identified
Missing screws in the blue pan can cause the clear plastic cover to come loose and release small balls, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Health Canada has not received reports of injuries or incidents to Canadians related to the use of this toy.
Number sold
Approximately 2400 toys were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The toys were sold from October 2007 until August 2008 at Toys "R" Us stores nationwide.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately take the toy away from children.
Consumers should examine the bottom of the blue pan, which should contain six screws. If all six screws are installed, no further action is necessary. If any of the screws are missing, the consumer should contact Fisher-Price® to arrange to return the product for a $25 CDN voucher.
