The battery case in the science kit can overheat, posing a burn hazard.

1,636 units were sold in Canada, predominantly in British Columbia.

What you should do

Consumers are instructed to immediately take the science kits away from children and return them to the retailer or contact School Specialty Publishing for a refund.
