Product description
The recall involves cast iron, gas-fired boilers used for space heating.
The following model names and serial numbers are included in the recall:

The model name and serial number are located on separate labels on the outside of the left panel.
Hazard identified
If there is a leak in the vent piping, the recalled boilers can leak carbon monoxide (CO) into the buildings in which they are installed, posing a risk of CO poisoning.
No injuries have been reported to Health Canada.
