Product description
It has a yellow metal frame with a red swing, a red trapeze and a red and yellow teeter-totter.
Hazard identified
There have been three reported cases of stress fracture on the yellow cylinder section at the top of the A-Frame part that is attached to the main cross bar. This stress fracture has not caused any collapse of the swing set but the A-Frame part at both ends should be replaced. There have not been any reported injuries.
Time period sold
The product was available from late March, 2007 and sold for $199.98.
