DesignWare® Confetti Bursts
Product description
The recalled products contain confetti in plastic bags. When the bags are inflated, consumers squeeze the bag and confetti bursts out. Each package contains six confetti bursts.
Hazard identified
Surface paint on the product contains lead in excess of allowable safe limit. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Health Canada has not received reports of illness or injury to Canadians related to the use of this product.

Number sold
78,050 units have been sold in the U.S. and Canada. In Canada, these products were sold at Shopper's Drug Mart, Pharmasave, Walmart as well as other retailers across the country.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled confetti bursts away from children.
