What you should do
Consumers should call Elfe Juvenile Products, the Canadian distributor for Graco Children's Products in Canada at 800-667-8184 or go to the firm's website at Graco Canada Company to receive a free retrofit kit. Consumers can continue to use the highchair until the retrofit kit is received, but must make sure it is fully opened first. Consumers should open the highchair until they hear a "click" that indicates the hub is locked into place.
